Rahmah Welfare Foundation (RWF) is a New Zealand registered Islamic charity committed to service of humanity to improve the lives of the poor and needy. We are a non-profit organisation and we aim to contribute towards the well-being of health, education, livelihood, availability of clean water and other aspects of life of vulnerable people.
We base all our values on the teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith, and believe that this is the best way to attain success and blessings through the work we do.

HADITH ON CHARITY
It Protects You from the Hellfire
Prophet Muhammad, upon him be peace, said, “Protect yourself from hell-fire even by giving a piece of date as charity.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
It Protects You from Calamity
The Prophet, upon him be peace, said: “Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.” [Al-Tirmidhi]
It Is A Good Deed That Never Ends
Muhammad, upon him be peace, said: "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)." [Muslim]
